You asked what I'd grade them with the back covers....

 

I'm still good with the first grade at 6.5 (I might be optimistic on it)

 

The second cap would be much lower in the 3.5 range due to the water damage which CGC hammers you for.

 

I'm still good with my TOS grade at 8.5
