PGM Image Holiday Special 2005 WD app

I need some opinions on the only defect on this book. It in my opinion looks like some sort of printer crease done during printing near the bottom of the spine on the front cover. The scan makes it look more like a stacker or rack corner ding, but I can find no other damage inside or outside the book to indicate it.
