This one is a little tough for me to grade, if you hold it up to the light just right the fc has small spots that look to be very light water spots, the front cover is torn at the top staple but the cover is still attached by the bc, staples have a bit of rust.

 

The pages are white.

 

I feel it is a 4.5/5.0
