Not sure if these scans are good enough, I think they are. The pictures have to taken from a camera as the comic is oversized and wont fit on the scanner.

 

This is a really tough book to find especially in high grade. IMO this is a really nice one, one of the best I have ever seen. However they are so rare that you hardly ever see them haha.

Is that a crease below the C in Christmas? If so, that and the crimp on the lower left corner might bring this down to 8.5. Otherwise looks really sharp.
