No. #2 is rarer than #1, and #3 is fairly common. Also, a #1 second print is extremely hard to find as well, and "I" would pay more for that...

Well, it doesn't seem like these first prints are around much anyway, so I get it's a moot point. What about this number "0" I've seen. Does it predate #1? Is it worth much?
