this will be my booth. I will be bringing about 150 late 50s early 60s DCs from my latest collection pickup and about 1000 1980s Marvels all for $1.00 each plus more dollar boxes. along with some key Silver and Bronze issues, Neal Adams, etc. and maybe a few of my GA DC stuff.

looking forward to my first show as a dealer!!

but I will be going around the room buying as well.

I'll be bringing a bunch of 50 cent boxes with modern overstock, couple short boxes with silver and bronze, hot moderns/coppers, lots of $5 trades. Sean will have a bunch of slabs for sale and also some raw stuff.

my 12 year old will be running my booth, so say hi to little pirate.

Board members get 20% off my stuff.

I will try and bring a handful of books to make your booth look better... :baiting:

Since they are so good, we will keep them behind the counter on the floor so no one messes them up.

I rode in this last Thursday. Nothing like promoting the Expo by riding shotgun in the Bat-mobile for the Harvest Home Parade. This replica was sweet. It had all the bells and whistles including flames out the afterburner. I was in pure geek mood riding in this sucker. It was hard to believe the amount of standing ovations the car got as we cruised by the crowds.

This is the car in a photo shoot.

Here are some links to local media coverage of our event and guests.

'Batman' producer coming for comic expo

This article ran on page 1 of the Cincinnati Enquirers' Arts & entertainment section on Sunday.

WVXU interview with Michael Uslan. WVXU is a local FM radio station.

This is a great interview and worth listening to. Plus we get plugged several times.

For those in listening range....

Cincinnati Comic Expo Media Blitz Week continues on 700WLW. 700WLW is the largest AM station in the Midwest and this is what is upcoming.

-On Wednesday, Showbiz Stuff with Rich Walburg will have the entire interview with Michael Uslan on the website.

-On Thursday, you will be able to hear parts of that interview on-air during the Jim Scott Show, at 5:52 and/or 7:46am.

-Then on Friday, Jim will interview Cincinnati Comic Expo guest Ricky Henry, sometime between 5 and 9am. Ricky will talk about the Debut of the Monster Management Security Bureau of Cincinnati (MMSBC) graphic novel.

As the show nears I keep asking myself if we did enough to establish the Expo as a “Go To” event. With that said, I am asking you for one last push. It you have a Facebook account and/or twitter account please take a moment of your time to mention the Cincinnati Comic Expo happening this Saturday.

BTW, if you are coming to event I would highly recommend buying your tickets early. As of now we are approaching the 200 mark for presold tickets.

Yeah! Mark Kidwell will be there. My daughter will be thrilled.

He's married and not accepting any groupies right now.

He was pretty sweet on her last time they met.

Does pre-buying a ticket guarantee me one of the sweet sweet entry posters?
