If you had 50K just sitting around......

If you had 50K why would you need to list books on the sales thread? There aren't books you'd buy just for your personal collection?

Don't listen to him he's just jealous of this awesome idea for a thread. (worship)

Personally, I would BUY the CGC Forums and then I would be able to post random questions in the forum only sales area. :headbang:

It would be like having my own private Idaho.

And that, my friend, is worth every damn penny.

I'd buy these ones up:

Avengers 4, 16, 57

ASM 50, 129

Batman 227

TEC 359, 400

GSX1

Green Lantern 76

Inc Hulk 181

JIM 83

TOS 57, 58,59

Then I'd take my wife out to McDonalds. (thumbs u

This thread makes me laugh.

That's a rarity, most threads make you snarl.

It's a new kinder, gentler, more jovial me. :acclaim:

Neither a bat 1, cap 1, or superman 1, i would hunt for a book you really just don't see. i prefer action 7, 10, or 13

Agree and Disagree. Those three books are clearly at a premium right now, so if you can get them for guide, by all means, but at Fair Market Value, I think they are too hot to touch. Same with pre Robin Tecs and SC 22.

You could always buy a sarcasm detector hm

I here they are quite rare in the States.

$50k would buy a nice new spell-checker as well... hm

If I had $50k...

by Snake Eyes (after Coca-Cola)

On a hilltop in CGC land

We assembled comic geeks

From all over the world

To bring you this message

From Sales Thread merchants

All over the world

It's the real thing - Comics.

I'd like to buy the world a TPB

And furnish it with love

Grow my own four color key

And handle it with a glove

I'd like to teach the boards to read

In perfect harmony

I'd like to buy the world a slab

And keep it comic code free

That's the real thing...

I'd like to teach the boards to sell

In perfect harmony

I'd like to buy a book from each thread

And keep it sarcasm-free

That's the real thing

Actually the word is spelled correctly but is grammatically incorrect. It's used in literacy diagnostics to identify those with above average IQ's.

I prefer to think of sarcasm as the lowest form of communication and in most instances ignore it. Again, that's in most instances......

I prefer to think that ignorance leads to low forms of communication and, in most instances employ sarcasm to correct it. Again, that's in most instances.
