Hey, leave off haggis! Absolutely great stuff!

 

Once you get past the fact that it's mostly sheep intestines, it's really yummy. Like other British delicacies:

 

- Black pudding - primary ingredient: blood

- White pudding - primary ingredient: everything in black pudding except for the blood

- Cockles - barely edible shellfish

- Whelks - ditto

- Laver bread - a local delicacy from my hometown of Swansea, Wales. It's actually a dark green seaweed. Usually served at thermo-nuclear temperature with bacon and a fried egg inserted into a 'well' in the laver bread. Absolutely disgusting.

- Milky way bars deep fried in fish batter. Of all of the above, this one is the BEST, and I would highly recommend it. You can also use Snickers bars.
