I'm gonna venture 4.5, but I understand CGC goes fairly easy on minor Marvel chipping so it could go 5.0. It looks like a nice tight book.

Thanks for the input Boardies! That is quite a "spread" in grades. I've had someone give an opinion of a grade as low as "3.5-4.0" based only on the first scan shown (cover).
