Minor spine roll, less than 1/4 spine split on bottom, and some small chips along spine.

Book length CB crease and soiling on front cover bring it down. I agree with 5.0.

I don't know... I think if graded it would get a 4.0. I'm probably too harsh but the crease in combination with the spine split will hit the grade hard IMO
