Shock Suspenstories #2 - copy comparison

My wife is out of the country until early June and I miss her. Can't sleep. So, I am scanning some books and throwing them up here to get opinions.

Right edge of scan is cropped a little poorly, but nothing bad going on with the right edge. Corners are rounded, as you can see.

I agree with 5.0 on the copy I have already posted. Dilemma is this, I have two copies of the book. The other copy is, in some ways, structurally nicer and has brighter colors. However, there is some terrible foxing on the book... Here is a scan for comparison.

What are the opinions on the copy with extensive foxing? I am thinking 4.0.

Agreed 3.5/4.0 - From the scans I prefer the first copy.

Foxing, but not "terrible" foxing. I like the second one better, lower grade or no.

Socially, that's a pretty disturbing cover.
