4.0 IMHO. Still a cool book to have in your collection. As long as you didn't pay too much for it. If you did pay a hefty price. I'd return the book ASAP. I've seen worse condition books be called NM+ on FleeBay...

3.5 It is a 4.0 without the chunk missing in the top right corner... with it, one grade lower... IMO.

Nice price - sometimes when the scan so obviously contradicts the sellers grade it scares off other bidders, and as long as there aren't hidden problems (missing pages, rest, etc), the resulting price can be quite reasonable.

 

The truely scammulous sellers are those who list the highest grade they can get away with based on only a small scan.

This was just a case of pure ignorance on the sellers part. They story was they found some old comic books in a relatives house. They even shipped the thing unprotected in a manila envelope! Not even a bag and board.

+1. Not the worst copy but just too many niggling flaws (puncture, missing chip, spine & corner wear).
