I upgraded with a copy I posted raw on these boards a few months ago and which just returned from CGC. I'm offering my undercopy which is every bit as nice in terms of the way it presents, centering, page and production quality.

 

CGC census shows 14 total copies of the 35 cent price variant (compared to 484 of the regular edition) graded to date. Only two copies grade higher than this 9.0:
