It's a 2nd printing and raw. I actually bought a #2 first 'cuz of the blue cover with the Mouser on it. Then I went back and got the #1 with the extra change to start the run.

Don't really know. There is thread dedicated to #1's. I would ask them guys. They seem pretty adept from what i've seen posted there in the past.
