Yes, probation as a buyer for not paying due to financial reasons, which I RESOLVED with the SELLER! NEVER HAD AN ISSUE AS A SELLER! So you can SLANDER me all you want, board members on these boards know my situation, and the MODS have been notified of your trolling and slanderous nature!

This was NOT a scam, believe what you will! I shipped out over 5000+ bronze age comics, some buyers liked them, some did not. POE had high expectations of what Bronze Age comics he wanted out of a box off 300+ He started a thread bashing me. After cooling off from the bashing that I received on these boards and conversing to the buyers individually via pm like I ALWAYS STATED I WOULD, I offered FULL refunds or FAIR credit solutions. I have been selling on these board for years and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE AS A SELLER until selling these BULK LOTS! I have constantly delivered the goods as stated on time and at considerably less savings than EBAY or GPA or COMICLINK! I will continue to offer these great deals to board members and for those who do not wish to purchase them so be it. Many of you know the service that I provide and the savings, I also ALWAYS PROVIDE FULL OVERSIZED SCANS OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF ISSUES. What I have learned from this experience is NOT TO NOT SELL BULK LOTS, especially to newbies that you have never dealt with on the boards. That means you JERRYZ also.

Michael, I will not accept returns on this because I believe that I did NOT deceive anyone! This all started with Poe who kept PMing me requesting that he did not want a box of beaters. I suspect he had his expectations high as to get bronze keys and not just regular issues. Once he received the box he clearly was not happy with and filed a paypal claim before even addressing the issue with me and threatened to start a thread to slander my name. At this point it was clear to me that he was trying to destroy my reputation and start a lynching if he did not get his ways. His actions raised red flags and I suspect that he more than likely would cherry pick the good titles and return the rest for a full refund. I told him I would not accept a return due to his actions. The accusations by board members that were not involved in this transaction stating I cherry picked and scammed the buyers are absolutely beyond belief. Especially after at least 3 buyers received the boxes and were very happy with their purchase. How is it that a few members have received their boxes and are very happy with them and posted kudo's, these member's received their boxes BEFORE POE started this accusation of Scam which led to a lynching! It also amazes me why the buyers who are dissapointed with their boxes and demand refunds only posted pics of a handful of comics that had distributors ink and string indentations from being packed in cases by the distributors. I still yet have to see a picture of the ENTIRE contents of the boxes and furthermore of water damaged comics. As I stated before, I am addressing these issues with the buyers who are unhappy via pm, but felt that I needed to bring up some points. And as for me coming on these boards trying to scam buyers. That is my goal in life! I just wanted to intentially scam the board members who I have dealt all these years so that I can ruin my reputation and never sell on here again. That is my motive! And for those members who actually believe that is what I do and who I am, then so be it. Ignorance is bliss! I guess that all the buyers who posted KUDO's to me as recently as yesterday just love to be scammed! PM's have been sent to the buyers.

First off, don't come on these boards slandering my name! No one said that they were all water damaged comics or there were 50 copies of Heroes Inc in each box. For a businessowner such as yourself you need to gather all the facts before pointing fingers. I have addressed this matter with the buyers who were unhappy via PM, and I addressed the matter on this thread a few posts ago. Whether people purchase my comics in the future is entirely up to them, my selling reputation before this is and has been very good! Just check the kudo's thread! Like I stated previously I would never intentially deceive anyone here on this board or anywhere else. But I do need to defend myself against people such as yourself who did not purchase anything from me and starts passing judgement. No, I think it's because he doesn't want to pay $150 a box for water damaged comics and 50 copies of Heroes, Inc. You have scammed. You will never regain your reputation, now. You may be deluding yourself into believing you have not scammed people with these boxes, but as far as I can tell, everyone who has bought one feels like you have taken them. Your profile says you're a business owner. I'm a business owner, too, and I know what reputation is worth. Yours is now trashed. Tell me, was it worth it?

Human error....I had to go through 20 long boxes of comics and take out the water damaged ones, make sure that I only placed 5 of the same in each box, then pull the Heroes from other boxes to use as filler protection at the end of the boxes...but maybe I missed some...for that I apologyze. I have been selling on these boards for over 2 years and would not intentially screw anyone on these boards or anywhere for that matter. Thanks for clarifying this. If what you say is true, then all those complainers are just upset that they didn't find treasure in their treasure-hunt-box. I always wonder how people on ebay avoid getting negative feedback when the buyer of a mystery box is unsatisfied at its contents. However, if someone did happen to open a box, that say, had a bunch of water-damaged comics, and more than 5 of a kind in it, etc., how would this be explained?

Just for the records I sent the following PM's to the buyers who purchased and are unhappy: I understand you are upset but you should also understand that I did not do anything wrong. I took out all the water damaged garbage that was in this collection almost 3 full long boxes of it! I then made sure that each of the 18 boxes had no more than 5 of a kind. I am a very fair person and will and would NOT screw anyone. I learned my lesson never to sell bulk again. I will work something out with anyone who is unhappy but need to figure out what is fair. I am done defending myself because there is nothing to defend! The decription of each long box is exactly as described and I even added the Heroes Inc #1's as padding for free. I am sorry if there weren't comics of expectation for some buyer. Each and every box had Marvel and DC comics, not more than 5 of the same issue per box, all VG to VF/NM, all 1970's Bronze. Again I have about 700 water damaged bronze comics that anyone can have if they choose.

Adam, I also told you that there were water damaged comics in this lot. Out of the 20 boxes I pulled 2/12 long boxes of comics that are water damaged. That is about 700 comics that I have and anyone can have all 700 comics if they choose. I made sure that comics were at least VG and range through VF/NM The Werewolfs and Horrors/Giant Sizes/ Lil Pals / Millies had water damage and they are in the boxes with water damage, again whoever wants them can have them, I made sure to separate all the comics into groups of 5 of less per box as stated. The $125 per box is what I paid for each considering almost 3 full boxes are water damaged and I have here for anyone who wants them I stuffed the ends of the long white boxes with Heroes as extra added padding. This is exactly what I did! I did not keep any comics, I wanted to make sure that each box was full with 5 copies or less of a certain issue, and that they were VG to VF/NM I did each and every one of those things.

These were exactly as I got them from Adam. I did not cherry pick, believe what you will. Maybe that is the way you conduct business, not me.

I shipped out all boxes last week via media mail and I have heard that members are receiving them. I stated that all books were VG - VF/NM and not more than 5 of an issue. All books were Marvel and DC unless a handful got missed and if so I apologize ( I had to ship 18 boxes). All books were Bronze from the 1970's and fillings from 1969. Ken asked me not to send any beaters, I told him to read the description that clearly stated what he was receiving. Before I even had the chance to contact him regarding the return of the books he filed a PAYPAL claim which paypal denied him! I tried to be diplomatic and fair, but it seems he was hellbent on filing a paypal claim before communicating with me to resolve this issue. Sergio I don't think I would have proudly posted this. By the way, just out of curiosity, were there 300 Marvel and DC books in the lot? Were there any VF/NM books in the lot? Did some of the books have water damage? Were there more than 5 books of one issue in the lot?
