I was thinking of selling this raw but I think it might be nice enough to get slabbed.

 

There's a small amount of wear around the top staple and a couple of spine nicks.

The back cover scan shows a stain on the top corner. In hand it doesn't look nearly as bad, not as large or dark. I don't think it's a stain, maybe it's foxing?

Nice copy, my personal opinion is I don't think it would be worthwhile to slab unless it is a 9.4. This looks more like a 8.5!

The back cover is all white minus that 'stain' I mentioned. My scanner doesn't like white covers...

Without the stain/foxing on BC, was thinking 9.0/9.2, but with it have to say 8.0...

I want to say 8.5 but I am thinking 8.0

I like that for an 8.5, give or take a step depending on that stain and how flat the book is. It's a nice book, most of my collection is books I've looked for like that.
