:o That's quite a deal for a hard to find Walking Dead appearance book. The print run was an estimated 3,783 copies alone! :o

I'm really surprised this is still around at that price.

I have to agree. Did demand cool that quick, as I think we've only had one or two 9.8s sell on here and then a few raw copies.
