The second pic is from "Fire: A Spy Graphic Novel" put out by Image in 1994.

Yes, they are from the pile of prints, lithos, and posters that are in the back of the store. He has these two and one other larger two page spread done by Bendis. These two will be going up on eBay soon with the third piece to follow a week or so later.
