strange trade request on batman comic.

I have a Batman 238 cgc 7.0 with off white pages. i would like to trade it for a batman 6.5 or even 5.5 straight up each of us pay for his own postage. The reason is i already have a 7.0 and am trying to get one in each grade.

This seems to be well within the rules if not in the strictest sense. I'd add a page quality or notes request as well unless you just don't care. If I had a 238 I'd be all over this.
