Front and back cover have some printer creases. Bottom edge F.C. has a clean 5/8" tear below Batmans right foot. Some creasing on the right front lower corner. Back cover has some light creases on the bottom outer corner too. Light dust shadow. A few smudges. Nice clean book though with nice color. Book lays very flat. Opinions.
