How is it a banned member can make journal entries?

 

I presume they're only banned from the public forums, not from the Collector's Society site itself.

How is it a banned member can make journal entries?

By ticking the box in their Collector's Society journal to have their entries posted simultaneously in their journal and on the message boards. It's obviously a design flaw and an act of a individual desperation.
