X-Men 46-staining or foxing?

This book looks like it could be a higher grade book, but I'm not sure whether the marks at the top edge of the back cover are foxing or stains.

It's irrelevant to the grade what they are, but they look like stains to me. They could be "foxy" stains

 

The grade is no less based on the origin of the stains, be it chocolate ice cream, coffee or foxing.
