PGM Strange Adventures #212 signed by Neal Adams

Book was signed on front cover in silver marker/pen but unfortunately I have no COA to go along with it.

 

Bottom left corner has a bindery tear, upper left has a couple color breaking creases and back cover has 2 very small stains along left edge but tough to see in the scan...
