Nice color, some light creasing, pages are starting to tear at the bottoms and there are a few chips, so the book is readable, but it‘s starting to get brittle. One page has a 2” tear a few ½ inch tears at the bottom. Small chip lower right and ½ inch tear on the bottom of the cover front and 1“ on the back, chips on the back, dust shadow back cover.
