Incredible Hulk #104 CGC 9.6 on eBay -- Price Dropped to $800

One of only 13 to reach 9.6, behind just ONE 9.8 copy. I don't know how this book didn't make a 9.8. There is a bit of a red halo on my scan, so I have added a second photo at a different angle to show that that is just an artifact and not on the book. Asking $800, will gladly consider offers.
