Odds of this being trimmed or messed with?

This was my favorite part. Swamp Thing #8 by DC Comics from 1974! PGX (a Professional Grading Company like CGC)!! :roflmao:

Titles advertises it as CGC 9.8. I reported it to eBay for what oits worth. Maybe others should as well.
