Thanks for looking. Unfortunately there is a small vertical tear near the right bottom corner of the FC.

 

What do you think the CGC grade is? If the tear were further away from the leading edge it would probably be "less of a defect" to bring the grade down...?

 

 

 

 

Here are close ups of the tear. Too bad it is so close to the leading edge...

 

Note a second vertical tear bottom edge towards the left.

Thanks for the input everyone. There are two tears along the bottom edge and none elsewhere. I think that CGC will consider the tear near the leading edge to be more of a defect than if the tear had been further away from the leading edge.
