Updating threads

Hi maybe some vets can help. I have a thread in the selling area where I want to update the main title of the thread. It won't let me do it, do you have a certain time limit from when you start the thread to edit the posts inside it? I also want to remove some of the posts inside it to condense the thing. Is any of this possible or do I have to start another one?

48 hours IIRC is the limit to edit. Your best option is to create a new post with a summary / the condensed form.

I think it has been changed to 7 days, or maybe 10, but that would be it.

Yes, it's possible there is a different limit for the Sales Forum compared to the other forums with longer time allowed in the sales threads.

yea thanks. I had to notify the moderators to close the thread and I'll start a new one.
