I enjoyed Morning Glories a whole helluva lot. It didn't smack me with the same intensity that Chew #1 did, but it's a different kind of book. I'm excited for the next issue.

 

I'd recommend this for your $3.99 (plus tax).

I have to say that Invincible is killing right now. I'm glad not so many people are on board right now so #1's are relatively cheap in comparison to wd1, but in terms of action, invincible is destroying wd.

 

however, for literary snobs, wd76 is already classic for me in terms of character development across multiple characters. i can easily see wd 76 becoming a key/turning point book in the future, or at the very least having several notations on the cgc label.
