Looks like a 3-pack reprint. 3-pack comics came with blank UPC boxes in the corner.

So... it's a reprint... and not an ultra scarce blank UPC box variant

This is more of a variant than a reprint as they were probably printed at the same time as the regular issue. Some of these can be quite rare (although not ASM issues). GO to this website for some excellent info and scans of all known variants.
