Grades are one thing, but how in the hell can anyone even fathom pq from a cover scan

:: you can't that's the randomness I wanted to add to the contest. I thought it would have had lower page quality, but what do I know. It gave like minded graders a chance to get the grade right, and then random luck on page quality.

and I'm talking the grade and page quality, not the fact that no one nailed the grade and page quality. If you go back and read the guesses, the only people that even guessed 9.4 did it begrudgingly when other lower grade options were gone. I don't think anyone expected the book to grade 9.4. Even I guessed 9.2

Congrats with the grade and the PQ. Did you ever disclose what the prize would have been? Amazing that no one nailed the grade and PQ; seems everyone topped out at 9.4 OW-W.
