How is everyone's collecting and flipping going?

This has been a slow year to date on both fronts for me, I'm so busy getting my house ready to go on the market, and I've got (4) houses to build now before the end of the year(all big'uns 3200 sq ft +). Looking at the bright side though, I should have plenty of money saved up in the comic fund for a very nice'05, that being said, I may target a big score for '05(AF 15, FF 1, ASM 1, or JIM 83). Please think about me when your on the thrill of the hunt and bagging big comic game. I will just have to check in here between material take-offs, and the week-ends.
