Replacing a missing centerfold. What color label??

I have a book in a green label holder with notes of "Centerfold Missing"

 

If I have the centerfold replaced, does it now go into a blue label holder with "Married Centerfold" notes.

 

Or no notes at all, or does it stay in a green label, or a purple restored label???
