PGM: Fantastic Four KS Special #5

I'm not an expert with grading squarebounds, anyone know how CGC deducts for impressions on the cover caused by the staples. As you may or may not be able to see from the scan, the staples have left at bump on the covers, and left a pin sized hole on the FC. Any thoughts on the grade would be appreciated.

Not sure if they slam stape indents or even a pinhole.. couldn't they be

considered production flaws? :shrug:

As for the book I would guess VF+ maybe VF/NM
