Saturday night forum dinner choices...

Note, if other folks want to chime in to a place feel free.

I would like to get this nailed down by next week for reservations though.

Most of these places are a 5 minute drive or less.

My choices for the surrounding areas close to the RDU area:

Backyard BBQ Pit (I will stand by this place and stake my rep on it),

The atmosphere is raw and nothing really brag about, but this place hits

the down east BBQ style on the head. Price $$

PFChangs

I like this place a lot and is my top pick, the Neo Asian style is very good

atmosphere totally wipes the thoughts of this being a chain from your mind.

I see it as a 4 star experience for a 2 star price. Price $$

The problem is this place is VERY busy, so I will need to make reservations ASAP

if we go there.

Moes Southwest

This is a very good place for the money. It is a chain, but is a staple for the RTP folks

to grab a quick meal. If we are really on a budget this is place. Price $

Papa Mojosroadhouse

This is a cool place for creole and a show (I will need to check the schedule for Nov.)

If you are looking for an experience with decent cajun this is the place. Price $$

Carinos

Italian that is not bad for the budget. It is a chain and has that chain feel. Price $$

Soupersalad

There is nothing really special about this place, but it cheap and good

and has a variety for all. Price $

Here are more decent places, But since it in the streets of Southpoint, it will be more

of a challenge to get to:

Maggianos

The best Italian that is close by to me. The downside is the price (but you get what you pay for)

and it is noisy and reservation are a MUST. Family style is a really cool way to enjoy a meal

with friends though. Price $$$

thecheesecakefactory

I have never really been a big fan of this place, but some people are so I figured I would list it.

Price $$$

California Pizza Kitchen

This is a not bad place for the money. Seating is a little tight, but the food is good.

Price $$

Please overview and cast a written vote for what you would like to eat at.

I will need to know soon to make reservations.

Rick - is exit 284 the airport exit? I don't know the morrisville mall area, but I think it's that exit. There wasn't a direction link on the website, not complaining just went there first before I asked this. And I can make it since it is a two day show  Thanks
