Identify subject of Everett Sketch..."Sandy"

Haven't posted for a while...but when I saw this neat little ink sketch on the back of an Everett Sub-Mariner 50 page, I wanted to see if anyone might know who the subject is...labeled in pencil as "Sandy".

yes.. if you want people to look at the very item you mean, link us to a picture of what you want info on as opposed to just directing us to your CAF page which makes it look like you're just trying to funnel traffic and making us work to find it
