It's not from the Mile High Pedigree. It's from the Dallas Stephens collection, which is not a pedigreed collection. Mile High Comics are only mentioned on the label because they were the ones who purchased the Dallas Stephens collection and submitted it enmasse to CGC.

Actually even better than that. It was a consignment, submitted en masse.
