FF Registry Set - Addition?

Shouldn't Giant-Size Super-Stars #1 be included in the FF set? It seems like it should since Giant-Size Fantastic Four begins with #2.

It's iffy whether Giant-Size Super-Heroes #1 should be in the Spider-Man set...but I'd put it in...
