ASM 99 - Blue ink on issues on early 70's Marvels

I've come across a curious problem on various Marvel comics, from the 70's. The first time I bought a comic from a collection with a blue spray, I thought it was something from this one persons collection, but since that first purchase, I've come across it on Marvels only, early 70's. It's definitely an issue with the actual printing, and it's always blue mist covering some of the spine and bleeding over into the front or back. Have you guys come across this? And how would something like this effect grading? Sample pics attached:

Really really nasty case of distributor ink.

Books were probably newsstand returns.

 

Unbelievably, it probably won't affect the grade.

But you'll have a hard time selling them.

Yes, distributer's overspray.

 

ASM 102 is notorious for this.

I have a 9.2 ASM 138 with the same thing
