Hulk 181: 5.0 White...nice centering, colors *sold*

Here is a Hulk 181 graded at 5.0. It has several things going for it that make it a fairly ideal, affordable midgrade:

 

1. Excellent centering, zero miswrap.

 

2. White pages.

 

3. The cover is bright red...NOT orange. That can be tough on this book.

 

4. No big defects. No long creases. No stains. No tears. No rust on staples.

 

Last four sales in GPA are $475, $400, $325, $323. I am asking $400 for this one, plus shipping. Finding a nicer 5.0 would be a challenge and I think this book in this shape has some upward potential, as many collectors are priced out of the top grades.

 

I bought the book slabbed, but I think I can safely say by looking at it that the book has not been pressed.
