Elderly collector has been selling off his collection, piecemeal. Every month or so, he comes in with a box of goodies. Old guy, no computer, no cell phone, says he bought them off the stands, many times in groups of 3 or more. I believe him.

 

This time around he brings in some Bats and Detectives from the 60’s. Most of the early stuff is lower grade G, but the later is all VF/NM or better. We sorted and came up with a bunch of the higher grade stuff for the boards.

 

I guarantee these books have never been pressed. All books have fresh off white to white pages. Full blazing, cover gloss. Some small, minor, defects appropriate with the grade, usually consisting of bends or slight stress marks. We do not press books, but if you are in to that, these represent an awesome opportunity for upgrades galore.
