I do not know, I checked on this and cannot figure out why you can't bid.

I ship worldwide so it should be allowed.

Ebay has changed so much and far more complicated

i did not exclude it, I just did not include it and i think that is the problem.

I tried to include it but ebay does not give the option to change once the auction is live.

I think that must be the reason. Just be careful in the future to click all of the shipping locations, because the ones where you didn`t click Asia won`t even allow me to enter a bid.
