Anybody need a nice FF #1 VG signed Stan Lee ?

Hey all,

 

FF #1 VG. Signed by Stan "the Man" Lee, in our bicentennial year 1976. Looks very nice in hand. Staples clean not rusty, cover tight, front and back, pages supple cream to off white. Vintage blue, ball point pen, nice and clean signature on the splash page. Data is all over on this book, Last signed 4.0 was back in October 2009 for $3,049. The more recent comprable sale was 4.5 in July 2010 for $6,000. I dunno how about $4,450.
