Iron Man #128

Please let me know what you think this will grade at. Should I get it graded? All opinions are appreciated.

 

The creases seen on the upper part of the Iron Man helmet area and seen on the back cover is a printing error. It doesn't affect the pages at all. It's like the paper got folded over and then it was printed. How bad will that printing defect hurt the grade?

I suspect what Joey means by "potential" is the chance to remove the slight FC overhang wear and surface impressions along the spine on the BC.
