Does anyone else find this cover kinda Freaky?

I have always found the cover to Batman 186 a little disturbing. The midget is scary enough but I just noticed it looks like Batman is wearing lip stick and blush. For some reason I don't think Batman minds having the midget with a giant phallus for a nose wrapping it's legs around his head...I hear him and Robin are into that kind of stuff.

Do I find it freaky that a millionaire playboy who likes to dress up in a costume and have a teenage boy (ALSO dressed in a costume, but with more skin showing) with him and hang out in shadows at night so he can catch criminals FREAKY, or do I find a picture of him and midget freaky? Somehow I think we've gotten to used to the former to find the latter too freaky.
