Who drew that cover? It looks a LOT like Flash #110...

 

That'd be Kane (not 100% sure he's inking himself). . .something he was rarely allowed to do. Check out the organic quality about the waves! Only Kane ever drew waves like that. One of the few threads I EVER initiated was a compelling if short-lived one about Kane waves a couple years ago. I'm noticing that it has some broken links (some of them mine).
