I get that it isn't the first appearance like Funnybook. Not as important as numbers one or two. Why does the book have such a small point value? If it's a why bother book why bother to put in in the registry at all?

I don't understand what you're saying here - is it that Bakersfield Kountry Komics shouldn't be in the Cherry registry set at all? Or that it should score higher in the registry? If it's the latter, there's a thread for that.

 

Or are you suggesting that any book worth 48 points in 9.8 shouldn't be added to the registry at all?

It is a hard to find book. Yet it is not important as the others. Should it score higher? Maybe. I agree it should be in the set. It seems like more of an after thought though.
