Original art question

Has anyone ever seen this in print? Not sure of the book or artist (Albertolla?!?). Dated 1995. Could be from an image book? Anyone???

It's Photon from the Youngbloods I think...I am not really familiar with it, but I think that might be it.

I always thought Lim did some Stormwatch issues under an assumed name.
