CGC 2010 Year in Review

Hi Folks,

 

Well, it has been almost 3 years since I have done any serious selling or buying of comics. Life usually gets in the way like wife, kids, work, and a tough economy. I see some of the older posters are gone. Looking at the current market, my CGC books have done very well (much better than stocks or real estate). Of course, a lot of money probably went into collectibles because the economy. CGC is 10 years old now and has establish itself as the standard for grading and pushed the hobby to new levels. Has CGC books appreciated too fast or at a good reasonable rate. Has CGC books had a correction yet or are they due. Thanks for any updates on the current state of comics.
