While I've never met him I've always heard good things about Roger.

 

He is a collector's dealer. He prefers selling to collectors which is why I generally never go there.

 

He does get some good stuff.

 

 

Actually, Roger sells to a lot of dealers. Robert Rogovin buys from him, so does Frederic Manzano and both are Overstreet advisers. In the past 4 years I've seen Frederic there on 10 different occasions with stacks of books. Howard Rogofsky always buys from Roger, but they're friends. Also, when ComicLink was still in NY, you can always find Doug Gillock at the Time Machine on the weekends.

I honestly didnt see anything I was interested in. I was looking for higher grade, but it did look like he had some nice 50s Supermans.

You should go on weekends when it's not too hectic. Roger is always there on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) and you can ask to see the really good stuff.
